Music lovers can get in free to see their favourite bands at some of this year’s summer festivals by looking after the children of festival goers. In return suitable child carers can get a free festival pass worth £155.
Other perks include staying in the staff camping area with separate toilet and shower facilities, a £40 travel allowance and breakfast and dinner vouchers to be used at food stalls.

No Comments »Gianni Merone has worked as a PGL ski rep twice a year for the past four years without interruption to his normal career.
Unlike most other ski tour operators PGL don’t offer full season ski employment.
The maximum work period is four weeks with most reps choosing to sandwich in a couple of weeks’ work in between their normal employment.
PGL operate skiing and snowboarding trips for schools and groups and jobs are available in Austria, Italy, France, Switzerland, the Czech Republic and the United States. Applicants must be available for the February half term week, which in 2011 is the 19th to the 25th.

The focus of the centre is on insects and spiders found in Monteverde and volunteers are encouraged to handle the critters during the tour. Herpetophobes though can relax with the news that it is not absolutely required.
Volunteer guides are expected to give up to four tours a day, help at reception, and perform general maintenance duties. The minimum stay at the butterfly garden is two months with one day off each week. Your working week will be rewarded with three squares and a bed.
Tresco Estate
The island of Tresco and the island of Bryher are two of five inhabited islands of the Isles of Scilly, found 29 miles south west of Lands End, Cornwall, UK. Tresco Island was purchased by a wealthy banker in the mid 1830’s and remains in the ownership of the family.
Facilities on the islands include the Island Hotel, a luxurious 48 bedroom hotel; Hell Bay, billed as one of the finest escape hotels in the UK; the New Inn pub and the Flying Boat Club.

Les Elfes organise spring, summer and winter camps in Switzerland for children and teenagers aged eight to 18.
Winter Mountain Staff
Winter camps last from December to April and ski and snowboard instructors are required to guide the students on the mountain. You must be experienced and able to demonstrate a very high level of proficiency in at least one of the two disciplines. Les Elfes only accept applications from people who have a recognised ski/snowboard instructing qualification. You will also be involved in waking up the students and supervising meals. A typical working day is from 7.30am until 4pm.
