Applications for volunteering with Croatia’s Outlook Festival are now open. In return for helping out volunteers will receive a free festival ticket (normally £140), food tokens and four nights’ refunded camping.
Volunteering at festivals is a great way to party on a budget, make new friends, and gain valuable work experience. Roles include stewarding, artist liaison, box office, campsite patrol, litter picking, site crew, and décor. Volunteers work three six to eight hour shifts and need to be available between September 3 and 9.
Those trying to get a foothold into the events industry will be most attracted to joining the Management Support Team (MST). In return for assisting managers in all areas of the festival, these onsite interns get expenses paid work experience placements that include return transport from London. MSTs must be available between August 23 and September 11 and need relevant experience. Applications for this role end April 30.
For other roles, the closing date for the initial round of volunteer applications is Friday, June 20.
